Illustrations in every chapter
Up to eight images per chapter, in one style chosen once and held to the end.
An illustrated book is not made by pasting images onto a finished text. Here, image slots are decided while the chapters are written, at the point where an image adds something, and the style is chosen once for the whole book. You set the number of images per chapter, the rest follows.
How it goes
Choose the quantity
From zero to eight images per chapter, with the cover counted separately. The setting works per chapter: the right unit to keep a steady rhythm across the whole book.
Set the style once
Ready-made directions, an automatic mode that derives the style from your subject, and a free field if you know exactly what you want: your brief then goes through as written.
Images land in their place
While the chapters are written, each one receives its image slots, described in line with the text, then the illustrations are generated and placed in the layout.
What this feature does
Two image qualities, a price announced
Every image is generated in Fast quality, economical, or Pro, more detailed. The price per image shows before launch, and each image is charged on delivery, at the real count.
One style per book
The chosen style and model apply to the whole book, cover included. Two styles never mix inside the same work.
A failed image costs nothing
An image that fails leaves a clean slot, flagged in the final report, and is not charged.
Fixable afterwards
A delivered book can go through the image step again: regeneration picks up the missed slots, charged image by image, and the book is stitched back together right away.
Three situations where it helps
Give a practical guide room to breathe
Bruno sells a prospecting method and his first draft read like a wall of text. He sets two images per chapter: each part opens on a visual that sums up the idea, and his readers finish the book.
Richly illustrate a recipe book
Margaux publishes a seasonal cooking notebook. She goes up to eight images per chapter, one per recipe, in a single bright photography style. The book leafs through like a properly made volume.
Stay sober for an essay
Paul writes an essay about working hours. He picks zero images per chapter and keeps only the illustrated cover: the layout stays elegant, and he did not pay for a single spare image.
Who it helps
Common questions
How many images can I request?
From zero to eight per chapter, with the cover counted separately. The chosen number applies to every chapter of the book.
How are images billed?
Image by image, at the price shown before launch for the chosen quality, Fast or Pro. An image is charged on delivery, never before.
Can I switch styles mid-book?
No, by design: the chosen style and model apply to the whole work, so nothing clashes between the cover and the chapters.
What if an image fails?
The slot stays clean, the failure is flagged in the final report, and the image is not charged. You can relaunch the missed images, charged image by image.
